The two jobs are at parallels with each other. One is laid back and quiet and the other is non stop stress. Guess which one is which. >.> My old job is no fun any more. My hours are now controlled by the manager who has decided that my availability (or lack there of) is a perfect reason to cut me down to part time, but all without actually TELLING me Im going back to part time. So Ill lose my insurance at this rate. Im not getting a raise and there is no raise in the near future. The work load is astronomical and they also took away my title and my business cards. Ive not done any real design work in months, and it looks like that is not going to change any time soon. Its slowly getting smaller and smaller to the point that I hate being there now, and its always stressful and the manager is always on my back for this or that..
But the book store is calm and quiet. The managers are easy going and helpful, and the discount makes it all worth it. Im around books in a quiet, calmly lit environment and not under harsh lights or deadlines and glaring managers.
Im hoping it works out that they will offer me a permanent position in January. If not, oh well.. But I guess Ill have to see, wont I?

Can I stop your heart for a while?
Can I freeze your soul and your time?

AntiTwilight, and PROUD of it. It is NOT good literature. It is NOT a saga and VAMPIRES don't SPARKLE.
