Well, I finally couldnt take it anymore. I dragged myself to the ER on saturday morning after enduring a three day long hell called ALL OVER MY HEAD HEADACHE. It would start at 1pm and just get worse from there, wouldnt respond to medicine, and I was just tired of it. Ive been avoiding the ER simply because in the past I have gone there and all they do is say "YUou have a sinus infection!" and throw giant decongestant pills at me and send me out. They wouldnt work and Id get a bill for it...

Im glad I went. They ruled out a tumor, and gave me liquid Imetrex as well as two other medicines that took the pain away. Then they let me sit in my room with no lights on and it felt amazing. They took my blood pressure when I got there and it was super high, but progressive checks showed it going back to normal. Since it did that, they put a prescription for blood pressure meds on hold for me and that if my own blood pressure checks showed it getting higher again, I could get the pills and try it for two weeks. So, that is the back up plan. Meanwhile, I need to contact the only clinic in town that will see me without insurance to see if I can make amends with them. Yeah, the assholes there told me two years ago I owed them money and they wouldnt even THINK about seeing me until I paid them off. Ironic, really..

Anyway...

Now i have some meds on hands to control these headaches. It seems I was having a massive migraine that wasnt really going away, just not hurting all the time. Saturday felt so damn GOOD, I was painfree all night. Sunday I DID have a headache but it was more one of the types you get when you dont get enough sleep (which I didnt, I went to bed after work at 12:30 am and got up at like, 6:30 am, which a wake up at 2am). I resisted taking painkillers at bedtime, taking instead Melotonin (natural sleep aid) And I feel AWSUM this morning.

So, all in all, a weekend of highs and lows. Me b etter now though.
